Early access. MyJackfruit is new, and we expect this page to change in the near future as the service grows, including when we move to Hetzner before public launch. We will update the date above.
These terms apply when you use myjackfruit.com, join the waiting list, or use MyJackfruit, GilbPlatform, GilbApp at gilb.com/app and your vaults. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Who you are dealing with
The service is provided by Gilb International AS (org. no. 921 436 939 MVA, c/o Kai Thomas Gilb, Gladvollveien 38C, 1168 Oslo, Norway), which licenses it from its owner, Kai Gilb. Contact: appsupport@gilb.com.
Early access
MyJackfruit is in early access. It is free during early access. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We give it to you as it is, without promises about availability. If we introduce paid plans, we tell you first, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Your account
From 13 you can have your own account; under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission. For children under 13, a parent or teacher holds the account and is responsible for its use. Keep your passkey and your email account safe: anyone who can sign in as you can use your vaults. Tell us at appsupport@gilb.com if you think someone else has signed in.
Your data is yours
You own what you put in your vaults. You give us permission to store, process, back up and show it only as needed to run the service for you, and to do what you ask, including giving it to an AI you have connected when it asks. You can export your vaults at any time.
Fair use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harm or harass others, to store or share content you have no right to, to send spam, to attack or probe the service or other people's vaults, or to get around access controls or limits. We may suspend an account that does, and we tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
AI
You choose and connect the AI that works with your vaults, and your use of it is also governed by that provider's terms. AI can be wrong. Check what it produces before you rely on it, especially for decisions that matter.
Our rights
MyJackfruit, GilbPlatform, GilbApp and the Kai-Zen engine (patent pending) belong to Kai Gilb and are licensed to Gilb International AS. Using the service gives you the right to use it under these terms, and nothing more.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost data you could have exported. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to appsupport@gilb.com; export your vaults first. We can end your access for a serious breach of these terms. If we end early access or the service, we give you at least 30 days' notice to export your data.
Changes
We may change these terms. We update the date at the top, and we tell you by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes go to Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett). If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
